Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.
Current standard shipping options may include:
• Standard shipping for orders 0–2 kg
• Standard shipping for orders 2–30 kg
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
HAIRE SCALP AND HAIR HEALTH is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
