Return and Refund Policy

At HAIRE SCALP AND HAIR HEALTH, we care about your experience and the quality of the products you receive. Due to the nature of scalp, hair care, and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the conditions listed below.

Returns

We accept returns only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- opened or used products
- products without original packaging
- products without proof of purchase
- gift cards
- sale items or items marked Final Sale

Opened or used personal care products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at iryna.haire@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the case and do our best to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards may be transferred to another individual.

HAIRE SCALP AND HAIR HEALTH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
